Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team and contribute to the expansion of our services. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, establish and nurture relationships with potential clients, and promote s innovative solutions. This role is ideal for someone with a strong sales background who is passionate about driving growth in a mission-driven healthcare company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Acquisition: Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities with hospitals, healthcare providers, and other relevant partners.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Lead Generation: Proactively research and identify potential clients and develop strategies to engage them through various outreach efforts.
  • Pitching & Presentations: Effectively present s value proposition to potential clients through meetings, product demos, and presentations.
  • Market Research: Conduct market analysis to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and potential opportunities to enhance s market presence.
  • Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the business development team to design and execute sales strategies that align with the company's goals.
  • Negotiations & Closures: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of service, and close deals that contribute to the company's revenue goals.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (including marketing, product, and customer success) to align business development efforts with overall company objectives.

Requirements
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles, preferably within healthcare, healthtech, or SaaS industries.
  • Education: Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Sales Skills: Proven track record in lead generation, sales presentations, and closing deals.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly present complex ideas and engage with diverse audiences.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: A strong focus on understanding customer needs and providing solutions that deliver value.
  • Networking: Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with key decision-makers and industry professionals.
  • Goal-Oriented: Self-motivated, driven, and capable of meeting and exceeding sales targets.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Healthcare Knowledge: Experience working in or selling to the healthcare sector is a strong advantage.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities.
  • CRM Tools: Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage pipelines and client communications.
  • Presentation Skills: Confidence and proficiency in delivering persuasive pitches and presentations.
