Responsibilities:

• Patient Counselling & explain the benefits, process to customers.
• Admission related document collection from patient and uploading on our portal.
• Discharge related document collecting from hospital and uploading on our portal.
• Dispatch QC and dispatching the POD to TPA/Insurance as per TAT.
• Explain final approval, reason of deductions to customer in case of discrepancies/query.
• Liaison with Carefi Central team for Admission, Discharge, Dispatch relation issues.
• Liaison with hospital MRD, Billing & Doctor's team for document related issues.
• Local Collection / Recovery as and when needed.
• Travel to various units / connect with team for operational related work.

Skills:

• Should be comfortable with Excel basics, Online portals, Creating , uploading, merging documents.
• Insurance skills - Should know basics of health insurance processing / Reimbursement processing.
• Diligent in documentation
• Relevant industry experience , from Hospital's insurance / TPA desk team
• Good in comms skills (English, Hindi and Marathi)
