Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage health insurance claims from receipt to settlement, ensuring timely processing and accurate resolution.
  
• Coordinate with patients, hospitals, and insurance companies to resolve claim-related issues.
  
• Analyze medical records and documentation to determine coverage eligibility and benefits.
  
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
  
• Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to patient inquiries and concerns.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-6 years of experience in TPA (Third Party Administrator) coordination or related field.
  
• Strong knowledge of health insurance policies, Mediclaim rules, and regulations.
  
• Proficiency in handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
