II. JOB PURPOSE

TPA Coordinator” plays a key role in coordinating with insurance on the queries and submission of insurance bills for completing the credit cell process

III. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage Insurance cashless pre-authorization /claim submission (day to day operation)
• Supporting Insurance & Cash billing department
• Credit receivable follow ups and update the same to the higher officials.
• Pre-Investigate all claims documents before dispatch to the Insurance companies
• Manages patient queries
• Maintain credit MIS / Claims tracker sheet
• Providing Finance counseling to the patients
• Maintain updated hospital data
• Finalize Doctor payout

In addition to the above mentioned duties and job functions any other assignment given by the immediate superior or the management will have to be carried outRole & responsibilities
