Claims Operations Associate (ECHS)

Location: Gurgaon/Chandigarh

Work Schedule: 6 days a week

Experience: 2 5 years’ experience in Cashless processing

Role Overview:

As the Claims Executive at Care.fi, you will be the primary point of contact for patients enrolling in our platform, playing a crucial role in managing relationships with patients, hospitals and hospitals staff.

This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to manage

multiple stakeholders across various levels. Experience in insurance systems and claims management within India will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end process on different government portals (ECHS, CGHS, Ayushman Bharat, etc.), including claim submission, tracking, and query resolution.
• Ensure timely and accurate claim processing while adhering to ECHS guidelines.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to resolve claim-related queries efficiently.

Skills required:

• Prior experience in govt claims, ECHS claim processing is a must.
• Ability to work efficiently in a hospital environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong communication skills to interact with internal teams and external stakeholders.
