Business Development Manager

Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager (BDM) with a strong background in healthcare insurance processing industry, enterprise sales, B2B sales, and software first sales within the healthcare industry.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of how insurance claims are processed, settlement time, short-settlement and rejections, along with potential reasons, with a proven track record in portfolio management and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Development: Drive business growth through strategic acquisition of new clients and partnerships within the healthcare sector.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective B2B sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals.
• Product Expertise: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of insurance claim processing, insurance settlement, and hospital cashflow.Care.fi Technological solutions Private limited
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including product development, operations, and marketing to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Insurance industry, B2B sales, claim processing, or software solutions within the healthcare sector.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of Insurance, Claim settlement, and healthcare industry.
• Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to influence and build consensus among diverse stakeholders.
• Customer Focus: Proven ability to understand and address customer needs effectively, with a

commitment to delivering exceptional client service.

• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex financial data and market trends to drive informed business decisions.
• Education: Bachelors degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
