- In the geography assigned to create a strategy and execute it to acquire new accounts.
- To do online/offline presentations to hospital owners, doctors etc.
- To pitch about CTLs offerings to the target audience.
- To work on new initiatives and pitch it to the target audience.
- To coordinate and work closely with the Key Accounts team for smooth handover of acquired accounts.
- To coordinate and work closely with the operations team to execute projects.
- To gather market intelligence and track competition.
- Daily, weekly and monthly reports submission and review meetings.
- Responsible for revenue achievement from new clients in the assigned region.
Requisite Skills:
- Excellent and convincing written and verbal business communication. Keenness to constantly learn about the market, industry, services of company and service policies.
- Should have sound knowledge on Healthcare in general and Laboratory in particular.
- Ability to manage good rapport with clients for delivering their maximum satisfaction.
- Good sense of costing and coordination with internal teams for best service experience for the client.
- Self-motivated, goal oriented, determined and enthusiastic with strong leadership skills.
- Developing and maintaining the client database.
- Should be professionally well dressed and groomed all working days.
Desired Skills:
- Should have handled hardcore field sales.
- Should be preferably from the HealthCare industry or should have experience in selling medical / pharma related products.
