Human Resource Manager - Coleda Pvt Ltd

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee all aspects of HR functions in our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing HR operations, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, compliance, and organizational development. As an HR Manager, you will play a key role in supporting both the leadership team and employees to maintain a positive, productive, and legally compliant work environment.

• Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various positions within the organization.
• Implement and maintain programs that foster employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
• Oversee the performance review process, including goal setting, feedback, and development plans.
• Ensure that compensation and benefits packages are compliant with legal requirements and industry standards.
• Manage the payroll process, including salary reviews, bonus distribution, and benefits enrolment.
• Identify training needs across the organization and develop a comprehensive training strategy.
• Communicate company policies to employees and ensure consistent application.
• Maintain HR records, ensuring they are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with regulations.
• Ensure that diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives are embedded in HR practices and policies.
• Assist in workforce planning and organizational development to meet the strategic goals of the company.

• Strong knowledge of labour laws, HR best practices, and employee relations.
• Experience with HRMS systems, payroll software, and other HR tools.
• Proven experience in recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement.

• Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master s degree or HR certification preferred).
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in human resources management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
