• Develop performance improvement plans and recognition programs to motivate employees
• Training and Development:Identify training needs and organize training programs to enhance employee skills and career development
• Develop succession plans and talent development strategies to ensure a skilled workforce
• Policy Development and Compliance:Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Ensure adherence to legal requirements related to employment practices and workplace safety
• Compensation and Benefits:Administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, bonuses, and employee benefits
• Conduct benchmarking and analysis to ensure competitive compensation packages
• HR Strategy and Planning:Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with organizational goals and initiatives
• Contribute to the development of HR strategies aimed at enhancing employee engagement and organizational culture
