We are looking for passionate and experienced professionals to join our team in the following roles:


1. Revenue Manager 1 Opening

Location: Jaipur
Experience: 3 4 years in revenue management in the hospitality industry
Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement revenue strategies to maximize profitability
  • Monitor market trends and adjust pricing strategies accordingly
  • Analyze data to optimize room rates and occupancy levels
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to enhance revenue streams
  • Ensure competitive positioning of the hotel in the market

Skills Required:

  • Strong analytical and forecasting abilities
  • Experience with revenue management systems (RMS) and hotel property management systems (PMS)
  • Provide critical analysis of strategies, room statistics, and demand factors
  • Conduct competitive and demand analysis
  • Maintain distribution channel data integrity
  • Spearheads troubleshooting and resolution of any GDS rate loading issues as they occur.
  • Excellent communication and strategic planning skills

2. Sales Manager 1 Opening

Location: Jaipur
Experience: 3 - 4 years in hotel sales or hospitality industry
Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and partners
  • Achieve sales targets and expand market reach
  • Responsible for All segments sales for the hotel. Inclusive cooperates, offline, online,
  • MICE.
  • A clear understanding of the hotels business strategies then set goals and determine action plans to meet those goals.
  • Update action plans and financial objectives quarterly.
  • Executes and supports the operational aspects of business booked (e.g. CVGR, generating proposal, Corporate Rate Application letter, writing contract, customer correspondence).
  • Identify new markets and business opportunities and increase sales.
  • Work closely with the Revenue Manager to ensure proposed rate negotiations meet the financial needs of the hotels.

Skills Required:

  • Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills
  • Knowledge of local and international hospitality sales trends
  • Experience in handling B2B and B2C sales in the hotel industry

3. Front Office Manager (Assistant Manager Level) – 1 Opening

Location: Jaipur
Experience: 6+ years in front office operations

Reportees: Asst. Front office executive, Reservation, F O Cash, Lobby Mgr. , OTA Mgr.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Enforces all cash handling, check-cashing, and credit policies.
  • Conducts regularly scheduled meetings of front office personnel.
  • Wears the proper uniform at all times. Requires all front office employees to wear proper uniforms at all times.
  • Upholds the hotel’s commitment to hospitality.
  • Prepare performance reports related to the front office.
  • Maximize room revenue and occupancy by reviewing status daily. Analyse rate variance, monitor credit reports and maintain close observation of daily house count. Monitor the selling status of the house daily. Ie flash report, allowance etc.

Skills Required:

  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and PMS
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

4. Front Office Executive – 1 Opening

Location: Jaipur
Experience: 1-3 years in front office operations
Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to management and performing administrative duties.
  • Answering telephone calls, as well as screening and forwarding calls.
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Welcoming and assisting visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Handling basic inquiries and sorting mail.
  • Copying, scanning, and filing documents.
  • Monitoring office supplies and ordering replacements.
  • Keeping the reception area tidy and observing professional etiquette.
  • Performing other administrative tasks, if required.

Skills Required:

  • Customer service-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency in hotel management software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
