Assistant Manager - UK Tax

Role & responsibilities : In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and analysing financial statements, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations. Your responsibility will also include computation of tax provision for subsidiaries domiciled in the UK under the UK Corporation tax norms along with completion of corporate tax filings accurately and on time, in compliance with UK tax laws.

Preferred candidate profile

• Must be a CA - Chartered Accountant.
• At least 3-6 years of experience in preparation of financial statements and UK corporation tax workings and returns
• Proven experience in financial reporting as per IFRS,
• Strong knowledge of UK corporate tax legislation, HMRC processes, and tax accounting principles
• IT skills: Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel; Knowledge of ERP systems is desirable.
• ERP- SAP, BPC, CCH
