Hiring For HR Operations role - UK payroll/Admin

Role: Executive (HR Ops)

Responsibility:

• Working in a team you will be responsible for working all the HR/Payroll processes depending on assigned to you
• To query appropriately in the absence of complete information with the line manager or requestor
• Ensure that work in your personal tray is processed within the client determined TAT
• Do a daily check of pending items to follow up on outstanding
• To raise query with the Leaders appropriately when no replies received on repeated reminders to managers for additional information
• To pick emails proactively from OSC inbox, index them and work on them
• To ensure all relevant cases are processed before cut off, so they are included in the payroll run in a timely manner.
• Helpdesk: First point of contact for Capita managers and employees for queries
  Payroll: Inputting, processing and checking payroll transactions in a timely manner.
  Pensions: learn the rules governing the different pensions schemes and apply these when assisting customers and stakeholders
  HR Administration: Covers a broad spectrum of processes. Key activity is the managing of HR Operations tasks within Workday and supporting Onboarding activities.
