About The Role : MC Delivery Professional is playing a key role in the delivery of creative, brand compliant, and cost effective solutions deliverables and as such proactively supporting MC teams across the company. She/he oversees the communication and connection across various teams and relevant stakeholders. Is an advocate of best practices and innovation. About The Role ::
Experience with Salesforce analytics studio to model data and create insightful visualizations will be an added advantage.
Knows connecting various data sources, including CRM, social media, and website analytics, to gather comprehensive insights.
Demonstrated experience in creating and managing reports and dashboards within Salesforce and integrated applications/ tools /plugins.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights.
Proven track record in analyzing customer data to segment audiences effectively, allowing for personalized marketing strategies.
Expertise in Salesforce Einstein and its applications in predictive analytics.
Knowledge of Salesforce’s Gen AI capabilities and their application in analytics.
Strong proficiency in Salesforce reporting tools, with a solid understanding of database concepts and data management best practices.

Primary Skills:
Minimum 10-12 years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
Hands-on experience in Salesforce's analytics features, like Salesforce Einstein, to interpret data trends, customer behaviors, and campaign effectiveness.

Secondary Skills:
Experience in identifying and addressing segmentation gaps.
Advanced degree in Data Science, Marketing Analytics, or a related field.
