Primary Skill
SAP ABAP Development:Develop, enhance, and maintain ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms within the SAP landscape
Utilize ABAP skills to create and optimize ALE/IDoc interfaces for communication between SAP and external systems
ALE Configuration and Setup:Configure and set up ALE scenarios, partner profiles, logical systems, distribution models, and ports for communication between SAP systems
IDoc Development and Mapping:Design and develop IDoc structures, message types, segments, and mappings for data exchange based on business requirements
Implement IDoc enhancements and conversions to facilitate seamless data transmission
Interface Monitoring and Troubleshooting:Monitor ALE/IDoc interfaces, troubleshoot errors, and perform root cause analysis to ensure reliable and error-free data transfer
Collaborate with functional teams to resolve interface-related issues and optimize performance
Documentation and Best Practices:Maintain comprehensive documentation of ALE configurations, IDoc developments, and interface mapping for reference and audit purposes
Adhere to best practices, standards, and governance procedures in ALE/IDoc development and integration
