Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable, general ledger, and journal entries for a manufacturing company.
  
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions in ERP systems (RTR).
  
• Prepare monthly MIS reports on sales, purchases, inventory levels, and other key performance indicators.
  
• Review and analyze balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and provide insights into business performance.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 6-8 years of experience in record-to-report (RTR) process with expertise in GL Accounting & Journal Entries.
  
• Strong understanding of SAP or similar ERP systems; knowledge of R2R processes preferred.
  
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail; ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Night shift flexibility is MANDATORY in this role .
