Job Description
- Min yrs experience : 6 years
- Skill: Configuration management, project management ,excel, reporting
- Be the SPOC for CMDB Operations and Projects
- Build the CMDB Vision and future projects projection
- Ensure CIP(Continuous Improvement Plan) are well registered and implemented
- Drive Projects as technical Business Analyst for CMDB process
- Define and implement CMDB Governance model and IT4IT & Transformation roadmap (CMDB Accuracy, completeness etc),
- Working on Feedback from the Stakeholders
- Maintain strong and close relationships with configuration management key stakeholders including service owners, application owners, architects and IS&T Directors
- Ensure clear and transparent communication methods for new and existing CMDB strategy , priorities and governance
- Evaluate CMDB process adaption with CMDB Stakeholders and users
- Ensure OTD is accomplished, for every CMDB projects
- Vendor Management
