Job Description


 The Opportunity  

Capgemini is seeking a Director/Sr Director level executive to deliver the solutions and creating exceptional learner experiences with the right set up, the right volume, the right experience. Having the ability to deploy our Global and local learning solutions at scale.

Depending on the size of your country, a delivery manager may create a deep specialization in one area of our portfolio or may need a breadth of knowledge across all the learning offers.

This person will majorly focus on mutualizing programs across GBLs and ABLs and ensuring consistency of delivery across the learning portfolio on each skill that cut across the GBLs and ABLs and will additionally hold the following responsibilities:
  • To quality control:Drive consistency of delivery across all learning offers and skill dimensions
  • To deliver the magic:Organize, coordinate and deliver effective learning experiences driving learner engagement in line with country requirements
  • To be the expert:with a deep understanding of the skills dimensions, program content, learning ecosystems and solutions.
  • To be inquisitive:track and analyze KPIs, data and insights to look for constant improvement to feed back into the LVW (Learning Value Wheel)
  • You are a Future Shaper. You will have a structured and holistic view of the future of learning delivery. You have leveraged and made the most out of the latest learning technologies and design methodologies, at the service of your business impact. You have been credited for your skills in organising effective learning.

  • Your stakeholder Ecosystem will include - All learners, All Business Leaders& SMEs (from Business POV) , HR Business Partners, Talent Managers, Global and Local L&D Shared Service Centres and support function leaders(Within HR & group functions) & Your colleagues are the other GBL/ABL LBPs, The wider Learning Delivery CoC, Capgemini University team(Within the Learning function team)
  • Work closely with a shared services team who will support administration, transactions and learner queries, as part of the end-to-end learning delivery
  • Use data to drive insights and manage KPIs within the team and alongside the shared service centre.

  •  Ideal Candidate 

    He/She/They will have 16+ years of experience in HR Area with at least 2 years in Learning and Development area. A bachelors degree is required:

    This person should be motivated to deliver high-quality work to drive desired Results. They should use their intellect, insight, and ability to build creative solutions with clients and colleagues while embracing a collaborative mindset. Key qualifications include:
  • Extensive experience presenting, interacting with, and influencing country level leadership
  • Influential relationship skills with stakeholders, colleagues, and learners in pursuit of delivering high quality learning outcomes whilst delivering on time and to budget
  • Communication with impact is vital to liaise with stakeholders (in country executive level, SMEs and team members) and to be able to advise with clarity on learning strategy to deliver against business expectations
  • Strong analytical skills to assess the effectiveness of learning solutions, gather feedback, make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement and able to quickly make sense of complex and logical problems
  • Resourceful and proactive in identifying and resolving challenges that may arise
  • Ability to analyze a range of information sources and to resolve potentially conflicting information and viewpoints to achieve an agreed outcome
  • The ability to be agile to changing priorities, project requirements, and business needs whilst keeping current learning solutions running smoothly
  • Understand how to effect change by implementing strategies that help people adapt to those changes to achieve their desired learning outcomes
  • A strategic thinker who can understand and interpret data to create insights for stakeholders and demonstrate our value to the wider business
  • Should have a great understanding into organizing and advising on learning delivery plans to deliver on business expectations, identify efficiencies and optimizations
  • Be fluent with figures, providing monthly scorecard reporting to review L&D investment/activity and business impact. You proactively and consistently review performance of SSC
  • Highly proficient in using program management tools and techniques, setting up local processes and approaches to deliver effectively as a team
  • Should be able to confidently anticipate the needs and expectations of your specific audience and guide your teams to prioritize as necessary due to changing needs
  • Keep broad oversight of tasks while enabling and guiding your team to deliver
  • Flexible, Agile and with a can-do attitude, you thrive in complex environments and easily switch between working collaboratively, independently, with cross-functional teams, or remotely
  • Focused on helping the team achieve their common objective, you can spot opportunities for innovation
