Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Business Partner to join our team in UAE. The HR Business Partner will play a pivotal role in managing HR operations, driving employee engagement, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employee relations, performance management, and training and development, along with exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.

The HR Business Partner will play a pivotal role in managing HR operations, driving employee engagement, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employee relations, performance management, and training and development, along with exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations, ensuring efficiency and alignment with organizational goals.
- Manage employee relations, address grievances, and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Develop and implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws and local regulations.
- Drive performance management initiatives, including appraisals, goal-setting, and feedback sessions.
- Plan and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and growth.
- Partner with leadership to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Conduct interviews, support talent acquisition efforts, and ensure seamless onboarding for new hires.
- Monitor and analyse HR metrics to make data-driven decisions and recommend improvements.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in HR Operations, Employee Relations, and Performance Management.
- Strong expertise in Training and Development and HR Policy Implementation.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and local employment regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle employee grievances and conflicts with sensitivity and professionalism.
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
- Experience in conducting interviews and managing talent acquisition processes.
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
