 Primary Skills 

We are looking for an experienced Kafka Tech Lead to architect and oversee the development of real-time data streaming platforms using Java and Kafka. The ideal candidate will lead technical teams, design scalable architectures, and drive best practices in Kafka-based systems.

Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of large-scale Kafka-based data streaming platforms.

Oversee the development and deployment of Kafka producers, consumers, and stream processing applications.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define data streaming requirements and design robust solutions.

Provide technical leadership in Kafka architecture, including partitioning strategies, fault tolerance, and data replication.

Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of Kafka clusters and applications.

Mentor and guide development teams, fostering a culture of best practices and innovation.

Conduct regular reviews of the architecture, system performance, and code quality.

 Secondary Skills 

Extensive experience with Apache Kafka, including Kafka Streams, Kafka Connect, and Kafka administration.

Strong expertise in Java, with a deep understanding of distributed systems, concurrency, and data streaming.

Expertise in event-driven architecture, messaging patterns, and microservices design.

Experience in monitoring and optimizing Kafka clusters using tools like Confluent Control Center, Prometheus, and Grafana.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
