Job Description:

• Bachelors degree in human resources management or similar field.
• Previous experience as a technical sourcer or recruitment professional.
• Interact with potential candidates.
• Looking for candidates with SAP Sourcing background only.
• Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques like Naukri, LinkedIn etc.
• Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
• Identifying and screening potential candidates.
• Organizing and conducting online interviews.
• Familiarity with HR databases, ATS
• Coordinate with hiring managers to determine position requirements.
• Ask for referrals from current employees and external networks.
• Communicate with past applicants regarding new job opportunities.
• Effective time-management abilities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good negotiation skills.
