Capgemini - ServiceNow Architect - AIOps (7-12 yrs)

Role : ServiceNow AIOps Administrator/Architect

Job Description :

Implement, configure and customize ServiceNow AIOps.

Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data input sources

- Define Service to monitor

- Create and configure new data input, data sources

- Provisioning requirements

- Data Ingestion/data configuration

- Validate streaming sources

- Configure data input mapping and validate/create source type structure

- Deploy and expand more services

- Contribute and craft, Technical Design documents, Architectural Blueprints, Integrations strategies.

Qualifications :

- 5+ years of experience working as a ITOM expert

- 2+ Years of experience working as a AIOps implementer.

- Hands on experience must to have

- Experience in Integrations of ServiceNow with 3rd party tools.

- Mid Server expertise is good to have

- Event management experience is must to have

- Any of ITOM certification is preferred
