 Job Description 
To Support in All the PMO Activities (Planning, Reporting, Finance. Staffing and Admin)
Data gathering and consolidation from the various stakeholders and analyze the same
Assist in Preparation of PPTs / data points for review
Coordinate and collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders
Build / Maintain knowledge repository of best practices, tools, engagement highlights
Status reporting, presentation and facilitation
Communicate with Engagement Managers, understand operational requirement, analyze and propose solution
Support the operations team to keep the resource tracker / Master trackers updated.
Take necessary action to facilitate the client on-boarding's.
