 About The Role : 
  • Support Program Design:Assist in creating and improving innovation programs, including workshops, training sessions, and digital learning platforms.
  • Project Management:Help oversee transformation projects, ensuring they meet objectives within scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Data Analysis:Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and identify trends and opportunities for innovation.
  • Business Case Creation:Assist in developing business cases for new initiatives, including cost-benefit analysis and risk assessment.
  • Stakeholder Management:Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Collaboration:Work with various teams to align and standardize requirements and processes.
  • Content Development:Develop engaging and innovative learning content, both in-person and virtual.
  • Continuous Improvement:Identify opportunities to innovate and improve processes, incorporating the latest trends and external perspectives.
  • Facilitation:Occasionally facilitate training sessions and workshops to gather feedback and improve formats.
