About The Role : 
  • Install, configure, and administer Commvault Backup & Recovery solutions.
  • Perform daily backup monitoring, troubleshooting, and issue resolution to ensure successful data protection.
  • Manage backup policies, schedules, and storage configurations to optimize performance.
  • Perform data restores and disaster recovery (DR) testing to ensure business continuity.
  • Monitor and manage storage utilization, retention policies, and archival solutions.
  • Automate and optimize backup processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Implement security best practices to safeguard backup data.
  • Generate and maintain reports on backup performance, failures, and storage utilization.
  • Work with cross-functional teams (Infrastructure, Database, Application teams) to align backup strategies with business needs.
  • Provide technical support and documentation for backup operations.
  • Stay updated with latest Commvault features, patches, and industry best practices.
