Position: Instructional Designer & Content Specialist

Location: Greater Noida

Job Details:

Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify the target audience’s training needs.
Apply tested instructional design theories, practices, and methods to create engaging
learning activities and compelling course content.
Design and develop interactive simulations, assessments, and practice activities.
Transform complex technical information into easy-to-understand, bite-sized modules.
Produce high-quality storyboards, scripts, and course outlines.
Use authoring tools and software to produce e-learning materials that are compatible with
leading learning management systems (LMS).
Ensure all courses are consistent in terms of branding, messaging, and instructional
approach.
Constantly evaluate the effectiveness of training modules and courses, making
improvements as needed.

Qualifications & Skills :

Bachelor o Masters degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
Ideal Candidate Profile and Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in instructional design and with instructional technology.
Proven working experience in e-learning courses and lessons creation.
Excellent knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models, with particular
emphasis on the ADDIE model.
Solid knowledge of course development software and at least one Learning Management
System.
Proficiency in visual design skills, and ability to storyboard.
Expertise in the ADDIE model, LMS systems, and e-learning authoring tools such as
Articulate, Storyline, Rise, Vyond, Zoomforth, Camtasia, etc.
Skills in graphic and animation design.
