Job Description

About The Role :

Minimum 9+ years of IT software Project Management experience

At least 3+ years Scrum Master experience

Should have experience in facilitating daily stand-up, iteration planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective

Should be able to manage the engineering development projects and facilitates sprint releases

Should have the experience to create or analyze business requirements documents and project timelines

Proactively identify and eliminate impediments and facilitate the flow

Maintain team data in project management software like JIRA, to support estimates and execution

Strong oral and written communication skills; excellent problem solving and analytical skills.

Short Description

Proven ability to drive project planning and execution process and add value beyond just a task-oriented doer or project manager

Familiarity with systems development lifecycle (SDLC)

Guides and coaches the Scrum Team on how to use Agile practices and principles to deliver high quality products and services to our customers.

Gets team to a high performing level by recognizing areas of strength and improvement and employing appropriate coaching and development techniques.

Responsible for ensuring Scrum is understood and the team adheres to Scrum theory, practice, and guidelines.

Coaches the Scrum team in self-organization, cross-functional skillset, domain knowledge and communicates effectively, both internally and externally working within the Scrum team.

Works with Scrum Team, as well as internal and external stakeholders, to influence and drive decision making and support organizational project or product teams.

Resolves team impediments with other Scrum Masters to increase the effectiveness of the application of Scrum in the organization.

Ensure to work on different metrics reports, weekly, monthly and maintain project artifacts.

Facilitates and supports all scrum events:Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.

Track overall project progress and keep informed all key stakeholders
