Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial reports (MIS) for various clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  
• Record journal entries, maintain general ledger accounts, and perform account reconciliations as needed.
  
• Perform balance sheet reviews to ensure compliance with accounting standards.
  
• Assist in preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements for US GAAP and IFRS companies.
  
• Collaborate with team members to resolve accounting discrepancies and improve processes.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-8 years of experience in Record To Report (RTR), General Ledger Accounting, Month End Closing, or similar roles.
  
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and IFRS accounting principles.
  
• Proficiency in preparing MIS reports using tools like Gl Accounting or R2R.
