Technical Project Manager

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager with a strong software development background and project management expertise. In this role, you ll lead technical projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, managing resources, and collaborating with both technical and non-technical teams. You will act as the bridge between development teams and stakeholders, utilizing your technical knowledge to drive project success.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years of total experience out of which 3+ should be project management.,
• Should have development background.
• Strong knowledge of software development processes (Agile/Scrum), development tools, and technologies (e.g., Java, Python, .NET).
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts clearly.
• Experience with project management tools (Jira, Trello, MS Project) and Agile methodologies.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and time-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications like PMP, ScrumMaster (CSM) are a plus.
• Familiarity with modern software architectures (microservices, cloud, APIs)

• Lead end-to-end project management for software development initiatives, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and set clear deliverables.
• Manage resources, risks, and issues to ensure smooth project execution.
• Leverage your technical background to support development teams and address technical challenges.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprints, standups, retrospectives) and drive agile practices.
• Monitor project budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders and ensure effective communication across teams.
