Role & responsibilities
Manager - Planning
Candidate should be BE / ME (Civil) with PGP from NICMAR / RICS having planning experience of Min. 10 years in any type of Building Projects. Should be good in MIS Scheduling / Monitoring, Cashflow Management, Cost Control etc.
Manager - QS & Billing
Candidate should be BE / ME (Civil) having billing experience of Min. 10 years in any type of Building Projects.
Prior experience working with contracting companies is required.

Nothing much to like here. Join here only if you're jobless. The only reason company has so many vacancies all the time because no one stays here for long time.
- Skill development - Good
Everything. 10.30 hour duty Strict timing for coming at site but leaving timing is terrible as as you will be doing 12 hours of work almost daily. Too much work pressure. Very less compensation as compared to the work. Site staff gets only Sunday off while Office staff gets Sat Sun off.
