Job Description: Sr.Engg/Jr.Engg/Quantity Surveyor/Stores

Position: Engineers and Store Incharge
Location: Vadodara/Bhubaneswar
Industry: Construction (Railway Civil Engineering Works)

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, monitor, and manage project budgets.
• Site Execution
• DPR's
• Conduct detailed cost analysis and control.
• Prepare bills of quantities, tender documents, and contracts.
• Evaluate subcontractor work and certify payments.
• Track project variations and ensure cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with project managers to forecast project expenses.

Qualifications:

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
• 3-5 years of experience in construction.
• Proficiency in cost estimation and contract management software.
