Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Business Development:
    • Promote and sell safety related products to contractors, developers, and construction companies in both private and public sectors.
    • Identify and target potential customers within the construction industry and establish long-term relationships.
    • Develop new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
    • Conduct site visits, presentations, and technical discussions with prospective clients.
    • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely delivery of formwork solutions.
  • Product Knowledge & Expertise:
    • Provide expert advice to clients regarding the most suitable safety solutions for their projects.
    • Stay up to date on industry trends, new products, and technological innovations in the formwork sector.
    • Work closely with the technical team to ensure client requirements are met and provide support during product installation and usage.
  • Market Research & Reporting:
    • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
    • Regularly report on sales activities, project progress, and feedback from clients to management.
    • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to build the companys presence in the market.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
    • Provide post-sales support, address customer complaints, and ensure timely resolution of any issues.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the smooth delivery of products and services to clients.

Preferred candidate profile


  • Experience & Knowledge:
    • Minimum of 2-5 years of sales experience in the construction industry, specifically with formwork products or related building materials.
    • Previous experience working with construction contractors, project managers, and developers is highly desirable.
    • Strong understanding of construction project cycles and requirements.
  • Skills & Competencies:
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • Strong presentation and technical selling abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.
    • Goal-oriented with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Education:
    • Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or any related field is preferred.
  • Location Flexibility:

Willingness to travel to various project sites and meet clients across different regions in India.
