Role & responsibilities
1. Thorough understanding of various contractual clauses. Providing Technical Assistance in reading and interpreting the contract conditions of various agreements and preparation of Contract Appreciation Document.
2. Preparation and Evaluation of claim and claim documentation
3. Preparation of synopsis of meetings
4. Coordination with various sites and thus ensuring maintenance of correspondence / documents duly updated and TRACKING of all Contractual Correspondences in a Time Bound manner along with capturing all Engineering Deviations which can give rise to variations and claims.
5. Preparation of draft replies, drafting of Statement of Claims pertaining to various Claims
6. Should have Hands-on knowledge about arbitration
7. Assist in meeting the requirements of DRBs / Arbitral Tribunals etc. under the guidance of seniors
8. Basic knowledge with respect to Indian Contract Act & Arbitration Act.
9. Excellent in excel to calculate claims.
10. Thorough understanding to create and prepare claims
11. Knowledge of Indian Contracts Act and subsequent amendments.
12. Expert in Contract Interpretation.
13. Outstanding contractual drafting
14. Overall knowledge and understanding of project function
15. Client negotiation.
16. Knowledge of Modern document controlling and document administration system.
