HR Head / Sr. Hr. Manager

Position Title: HR Head

Location: Dr. Krishna Cancer Healer Center

Reports to: CEO/COO

Job Summary: The HR Head will lead the HR department and oversee the development and implementation of human resources strategies, policies, and practices. The role involves managing talent acquisition, employee development, employee relations, compensation and benefits, compliance, and overall organizational culture. The HR Head will collaborate with senior leadership to align HR goals with business objectives and drive organizational success.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Leadership & Strategy:
   
• Develop and execute HR strategies that align with overall business objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the HR team to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
• Drive organizational change and transformation to support business growth.
• Advise the leadership team on HR-related matters, including workforce planning, performance management, and leadership development.
2. Talent Management:
   
• Oversee recruitment and selection strategies to ensure the attraction of top talent.
• Ensure the development and implementation of training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
• Manage employee retention strategies and succession planning.
3. Employee Relations:
   
• Foster a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.
• Handle complex employee relations issues and mediate disputes when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and employment regulations.
4. Compensation & Benefits:
   
• Develop and maintain competitive compensation and benefits strategies.
• Oversee performance appraisal systems, incentive programs, and rewards structures.
5. Compliance & Governance:
   
• Ensure that HR policies, procedures, and practices comply with relevant laws and regulations.
• Monitor and report on key HR metrics and trends to ensure alignment with business goals.
6. Organizational Development:
   
• Implement strategies to improve organizational effectiveness and employee productivity.
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years of HR experience, including at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage complex issues and offer strategic solutions.
• Proven experience in driving organizational change and building a positive culture.
