Job Description
This position will over see part of the the Mid-office operations, Management of the R&T area of operations.
- RTA coordination / general mid-office operations
- Ensure compliance of mid-office operations, including regulatory reporting.
- Design and maintain internal reporting & monitoring.
- Pro-actively lead projects to improve effectiveness of mid-office operations.
- Design and review procedures, SLAs and policies.
- Brokers & distributors Brokerage Control
- Review and empanel Distributors and monitor their application processing.
- Monitor brokerage structures, brokerage computation for error free processing, control sheet, and ensure timely payment of brokerages to distributors.
- Provide monthly / periodic management report and compliance reports related to brokerage processing and compliance.
- Lead projects to increase Operational efficiency to improve distributor experience.
