Sound Knowledge of MF industry. Good Communication and Presentation skills. Excellent knowledge of Excel, Powerpoint and Word. (1) Handling Customer Service, Operations & Admin functionality.
(2) Attending walk in customers. Attending phone calls.
(3) Liasioning with Registrar for account statement, redemption etc.
(4) Liasioning with marketing dept. at ho for material indent.
(5) Handling brokerage related queries of IFAs.
(6) Accepting application forms and redemption in the reception.
(7) Time stamping of transactions.
(8) Co-ordination with banks.
(9) High Value deposits.
(10) Guiding investors for online transactions
