Application Support Executive

1. To Handle MF IT Support from end to end to end users including AMC, CSC, and Intranet Users.

2. IIS Configuration, Application Support and Maintenance of Applications Service availability, Radware Load balancer configuration and Maintenance including Backup and restore, Application Monitoring, Backup of Applications & IIS configurations.

3. Need IT.Net and Strong IIS Administration along with Scripting knowledge.

4. To monitor the eKYC Applications

5. To do the Application deployment and to provide eKYC Technical Support for end users

6. Coordinate with Other KRA's and RTA for eKYC-related queries.

7. To coordinate with different teams (development, Business, Systems team) for any technical implications/performance/challenges/new changes for Business requirements

8. To maintain the applications and perform health checks before the business starts backup applications in a timely manner- critical functionality checks etc.

9. Should be willing to work on 24/7 Support.

10. Knowledge & Experience Microsoft-Windows IIS, Linux, Apache, Tomcat, SQL, Java, Scripting (PowerShell / VBScript)
