Deputy Manager - Operation

Roles and Responsibilities:

• To constantly endeavor to improve productivity by innovative and controlled process.
• To improve quality in reconciliation process.
• Coordinating with clients, CAMS, ISC and contact center for query resolving.
• Review of all internal and client MIS reports like SLA, daily, monthly, weekly and SEBI reporting related MIS.
• Managing the team performance.
• Periodic process training and regular updates of regulations informed to the employees.

Required Skills

Should have 4+ years of experience in back office operation related to reconciliation process from BFSI / BPO industry.

Strong communication skills and analytical skills

Proficiency in MS Excel and Power Point
