Job Description :

As a Senior QA Engineer, you will be responsible for testing the AI solutions we deliver to our customers, ensuring their reliability, functionality, and performance. You will work closely with software engineers, data scientists, and product management teams to define test strategies, execute tests (both manual and automated), and help drive the quality of our software products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing, experience in testing AI/ML focused solutions, and experience delivering customer-facing products.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement comprehensive test strategies for AI/ML-based SaaS products, including functional testing, integration testing, and performance testing

- Develop and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts to ensure consistent product quality across releases

- Collaborate with development teams to understand product requirements and identify potential quality risks early in the development cycle

- Lead the end-to-end testing process, from test planning to execution and reporting

- Establish and maintain testing processes, including bug tracking, test case management, and quality metrics

- Work closely with product managers to understand customer requirements and ensure testing aligns with user expectations

- Mentor team members on quality best practices and testing methodologies

- Participate in software design/code reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality aspects

Required Skills/Qualifications :

- 5-8 years of experience in software testing (manual and automated)

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)

- Strong proficiency with QA tools, testing frameworks, and bug tracking systems (e.g., Jira, TestRail, Selenium, etc.)

- Experience testing AI/ML-driven applications is a strong plus

- Familiarity with SaaS environments and customer-facing products

- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies

- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with a keen eye for detail

- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks

- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment

- Familiarity with cloud services, such as AWS, Azure

- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git), JIRA, Confluence

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
