Product Managers are key enablers to make the voice of our customers resonate internally and to draft the right solutions to meet their needs.
The product team at CallerDesk is looking for a Product Manager to lead the innovation area about augmented conversations, with a background in Information Technology and SAAS industry. This role involves working cross functionally with other product areas to build and maintain our services.
Your mission at CallerDesk:
Manage one or more product managers dealing with different backlogs. Set product strategy and manage product lifecycle
Analyze, identify and quantify opportunities for new product ideas
Define the product roadmap in collaboration with other departments
Develop market requirements, business cases and product requirements.
Influence and collaborate to manage the priorities of one or more product areas to implement your roadmap.
Provide product communication to a wide variety of audiences i.e. senior management and internal departments
Gain and maintain expertise in the product, market and business trends and continually monitor competitor and industry development
A little more about you:
2+ years of relevant experience in a Saas product, preferably B2B
Passionate about creating and building new products.
Someone who enjoys being responsible and having a sense of ownership over their product area
Proven track-record of launching products from idea to production, working with a collaboration of different teams.
Experience working with lean product management and user centered design, in an agile environment
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
