Roles and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overall operational efficiency of the store
• Accountable for the achievement of the team sales target and maximize revenue
• Ensure stock availability on the floor including proper product handling
• Managing and Improving the customer satisfaction
• Adherence to Internal SOPs always
• Ensure to update all relevant documents and registers
• Ensure timely stock indenting, stock rotation and ageing stock liquidation
• Stocks should be sold by FIFO and all Bonds should be closed within the stipulated Bond life
• Improve the customer service by tracking and resolving customer grievances
• Managing day-to-day store operations by scheduling and assigning the duties for the floor
  teams and following-up on the results
• Team alignment to business goals/ floor discipline/ compliance to company policies and
  processes
• Improve team members' operational efficiency through training and coaching
• Managing, Motivating and Mentoring the team
• Control of shrinkage

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Graduation with MBA from reputed institution
• 8+ years of experience
• Should have experience in QSR sales operations
• Good interpersonal skill
• Strong business sense and industry expertise
