Calculate and Review the ROI/ PBP on apex investment projects. RM Budget based on 9 Month Actual Ohds Budget based on 9 Month Actual Ex-Factory Cost calculation. To assist Corporate Finance for Statutory Audit, Cost Audit Physical stock Audit. Provide Data to Other dept. as per there requirements. After completion of MIS take a ORM with each plant and Service deptt and discussed on their Yield, Exp savings etc. SKF entries on Monthly basis CO Process after completion of FI Process. Active member of Scrap / Solvent and other scrap committee. Review and signing of indent. Provide data to User for taken cost saving proposal i.e Steam Purchase, Power Purchase, and Other Capex meeting.
