Overall responsible for overall warehouse activities related to Raw, Packing and Finish Goods as HOD. Planning, scheduling controlling the production, warehousing activities and achieving maximum output. Reporting to Plant Head for all type of activities such as production plan, daily receipt, issuance and dispatch of materials. Ensure safety measures are followed so as to reduce unexpected incidents and hazards. Warehouse Management and Inventory control. Making and executing of monthly and weekly plans according to the production planning. Implementation of proper documentation system process. Coordination with QA and engineering department to carry out the validation program. Preparation completion of various documents as per the regulatory norms. Manpower handling with efficient manpower distribution. Motivating the team for continual improvements and achieving maximum out put. Implementation of the necessary action plan required for next production plan. Follow-up for materials as per their delivery schedule. Responsible for handling of rejected, re-analysis and non-moving materials. Responsible for On-time launch of new products (Procuring, receiving, releasing, dispensing dispatching). Handling of deviations change controls, Preparation of SOP s. Responsible for making monthly Reports. Upgrading the system for minimizing the audit observation with respect to regulatory requirements. Responsible for Carrying out the departmental validation programs such as computers Software, Equipment, Systems, and Temperature Relative Humidity Distribution Study. Scheduling and organizing training for the subordinate candidates.Handling of Incident, investigation and CAPA activity. Making compliance report for Non compliances during audits, visits and self-inspections. Monitoring on Training Management System for effective training within department.Deviation, Change control, Investigation and CAPA, Data integrity, Personal Hygiene.Handling of all regulatory audits
