Supervisor : 1. All kind of data entry in SAP. 2. Maintaining of physical stock of all ANDA and Exhibit products. 3. Maintain the physical stock of finished goods and finished goods warehouse as per cGMP. 4. Sample issue and maintain the record. 5. All SAP entry like, preparation of GRN, packing list, Sample withdrawn debit entry, tax Invoice etc. 6. Preparation of all export documents like Tax Invoice, Annexure, E-Way bill and Bolt Seal [ON LINE] as per requirement of central government. 7. Maintain and preserve all excise and export records as per law of central government. 8. Maintain the records of expired goods in system for physical destroy. 9. Preparation of GST tax Invoice of sale base. 10. Maintain the records of physician sample for GST. 11. Sample withdrawn and maintaining the data in system. 12. Maintaining the temperature data of finished goods warehouse as per cGMP. 13. Data maintain and submit to coasting and finance dept."
