DescriptionEnsuring adherence to Volume, SR, CSSR & Priority compliance from KLU as per plan shared by Central PlanningEnsuring smooth operations & Indirect/Direct RM/ PM availability at KLU as per plan alongwith coordination of different stakeholdersReport to Superiors on daily progress of the Plan/Production details and other issues wrt KLUResponsible for preparation & tracking of STO in SAP as per STR received from CPResponsible for Preparation of Daily reports ie DPR, Z coverage etc & Month end reports ie RM / PM quality issues etcEnsuring timely sharing of PIP of RMs with stakeholders & Standardization of new products batchesEnsuring testing of FSER/PTL/PSR and updation of records as per guidelinesEnsuring inspection & testing of incoming Raw Material, Packing Materials, Intermediate & FGResponsible for customer complaint analysis Conducting root cause analysis of customer complaints received from market & respond timelyEnsuring all in-process checks are carried out by KLU as per process guidelinesResponsible for carrying out Audits, PCPA, Hygiene Audit etc as per defined schedule & guidelinesEnsuring adherence of APQS written down process QMS, EMS, SMS at KLUCarry out required SAP transactions related to planning, production & quality

Terrible working culture,no respect for employees even manager involved in it they humiliated new joiners also experienced person. No value for hard work if you make one mistake your job in tourble. Worst working culture only showoff nothing for work life balance.
