CACTUS - Manager - Search Engine Optimization (4-10 yrs)

We are seeking a passionate SEO professional who is motivated to conquer search rankings across international markets. As the SEO Manager, you will lead our digital presence transformation, with a special focus on Asian markets including Japan and Korea! Your expertise will directly impact our global digital footprint while working with cutting-edge SEO technologies and strategies.

Responsibilities:

- Drive SEO strategy across markets with focus on Google, Naver, and Bing optimization

- Lead technical SEO initiatives including site performance, mobile optimization, and structured data

- Develop and execute content strategies through comprehensive keyword research and analysis

- Orchestrate link-building campaigns and manage brand reputation across digital platforms

- Pioneer optimization for emerging channels including AI, video, and app stores

- Own organic growth metrics and provide actionable insights through advanced analytics

- Guide cross-functional teams and maintain strong stakeholder relationships

Qualifications and Prerequisites:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field. Advanced certifications in SEO (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot SEO Certification) are a plus

- 5-7 years of proven experience in SEO with a focus on international markets, particularly Japan and Korea

- Prior experience optimizing for search engines such as Google, Naver, and Bing is highly preferred

- Proficient in using analytics tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console to monitor and report on SEO performance

- Knowledge of new-age optimization techniques, including generative AI optimizations (GEO) would be preferred
