We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR & Admin Executive to manage key HR operations, including employee lifecycle management, payroll inputs, compliance, and office coordination. This role will also be responsible for HRMS data entry, policy communication, and contractor HR management.
What you will do:
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management
Maintain and update employee records in the HRMS system , ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
Generate reports related to HR metrics, payroll, and compliance as required.
Assist in the formulation, updating, and communication of HR policies across the organization.
Oversee new joinee onboarding , including initiation, documentation, and first-day formalities.
Conduct new employee orientation sessions to ensure smooth integration into the company.
Manage employee exit processes , including clearance formalities, documentation, and exit interviews.
Payroll & Compliance
Provide monthly payroll inputs and coordinate with the finance team for salary processing.
Ensure payroll-related compliance , including statutory filings, tax reports, and documentation.
Maintain and track reports related to payroll compliance and filings .
Contractor HR Management
Maintain, update and renew contractor records, agreements, and compliance tracking.
Ensure adherence to company policies for contractual employees.
Office & Asset Management
Coordinate office space management , ensuring smooth operations.
Manage laptop and asset allocation , maintaining an updated record of issued company assets.
What you bring:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2-5 years of experience in HR operations, payroll compliance, and office coordination.
Proficiency in HRMS tools, Excel, and payroll software.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
