We are looking for an experienced Solution Consultant \u2013 CLM Implementation to drive the successful delivery of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding current (as-is) processes, defining future (to-be) processes, designing system architecture, leading client and discovery calls, and translating business requirements into system design.
What you will do:
Process Analysis & Design: Analyze existing contract management processes, identify gaps, and define optimized to-be processes.
Requirement Gathering & Documentation: Lead discovery workshops and client discussions to gather and document business, functional, and technical requirements.
System Design & Architecture: Translate business requirements into solution design, including workflow configuration, integrations, and automation strategies.
Client Engagement & Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for client discussions, leading requirement-gathering sessions, solution presentations, and alignment meetings.
Functional Specification & Implementation Support: Develop functional design documents, use cases, and configuration guides to support the implementation team.
Training & Change Management: Assist in developing training materials and conducting workshops for end-users and stakeholders.
Continuous Improvement & Best Practices: Provide recommendations for enhancing CLM adoption, automation, and integration with enterprise applications.
What you bring:
6-9 of experience in CLM implementation, solution consulting, or business process analysis.
Strong knowledge of contract lifecycle processes, legal operations, and compliance frameworks.
Hands-on experience with leading CLM platforms (e.g., Icertis, Contractpod AI, Agiloft, SirionLabs, Conga).
Experience in business process re-engineering, workflow automation, and solution design.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
Ability to work in a global, cross-functional team and lead client discussions independently.
