Job Description
- Project Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans, define scope, set timelines, and manage deliverables for CLM implementation projects.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring alignment with business goals and addressing any concerns proactively.
- Team Leadership & Coordination: Lead cross-functional teams, including functional consultants, solution architects, legal engineers, and technical teams, ensuring smooth collaboration and project execution.
- Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential risks, create mitigation strategies, and address project roadblocks in a timely manner.
- Process Optimization: Ensure best practices are followed in CLM implementation, improving workflows and driving automation.
- Training & Change Management: Develop training plans, conduct workshops, and guide end-users through the transition to the CLM system.
- Post-Implementation Support: Oversee project closure, ensure knowledge transfer, and manage ongoing client support as required.
What you bring:
- 6-9 years of experience in Project Management, CLM implementation, or Legal Tech consulting.
- Strong understanding of Contract Lifecycle Management, legal operations, and compliance frameworks.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale CLM implementations, preferably with platforms like Icertis, Contractpod AI, Agiloft, SirionLabs, or Conga.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to manage senior stakeholders.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, global environment.
- 6-9 years of experience in Project Management, CLM implementation, or Legal Tech consulting.

They are a terrible employer who do not have any control over the clients they engage the candidates with…rather they will engage in the pressure politics along with the management at client side…. No likes to working at Cacti however only go for their offer if you do not have any other option.
