Sr. Legal Compliance Associate

Role & responsibilities

• Understand the client's business and identify a list of laws applicable to them in the USA and Australia
• Create a list of license/permits/registration required for clients to address issues in relation to services provided by the client to its customer.
• Create Compliance checklist for applicable laws and regulations in the USA and Australia.
• Support the client with advice of legal compliance around Insurance.
• Provide clarification to the clients in respect of queries raised on the laws, regulations.

Preferred candidate profile

• A law degree from an accredited law school
• Minimum of three years of experience in Regulatory compliance
• Has understanding on how laws are required to be identified
• Minimum of two years of experience in the BFSI sector is good to have
• Strong understanding of the legal framework governing the BFSI sector is good to have
