Senior Legal Counsel (Contracts Expert)

What You'll Do:

• Independent expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex legal contracts with minimal reliance on systems or tools.
• Provide expert legal advice on governing laws (India or US & UK), particularly in contract matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex legal contracts. (with no support of the tools)
• Manage the entire contract lifecycle, including redlining, abstraction, negotiation, and modification.
• Leverage AI tools and prompt engineering techniques to enhance legal processes and efficiency.

What You Bring:

• Bachelors degree in Law
• 5+ years of experience as a lawyer
• Strong understanding of governing laws (India, US, UK), particularly contract law.
• Proven experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex legal contracts.
• Extensive knowledge of contract lifecycle management processes.
• Familiarity with AI tools and prompt engineering techniques.
